Under direct supervision of Secretariat General of Kadhimain Holy Shrine to receive and offer best services to the Arbaeen visitors, and in order to shed light on these efforts, Head of Republic Affairs Section and member of the Board, Eng. Saad M. Jassim said: " the Section duties were divided into four units: • Cultural unit prepared the dedicated Flexes for this visit and spread them inside and outside the Shrine on the main streets which included the instructions and teachings for the visitors. • Hospitality unit prepared the Condolence program at the Shrine, prepared residences for the foreign delegations and preachers. • Extract visas for the coming from aboard. • Al Jawadain Hospitality house had the main role in preparing three meals a day (15000 meals) for the visitors and servants of the Shrine. Eng. Saad M. Jassim at the end of his speech prayed to Allah to keep the visitors safe and thanked the Shrine servants wishing them the best.
