Secretary General of Kadhimain Holy Shrine Dr. Jamal al Dabbagh participated in the ceremony of the Release of" Reform of Education and Technical & Professional Training in Iraq" Project held by Technical Education Coordination Committee, UNESCO and European Union. The Ceremony was under the Patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Abbadi and attended by the Secretary General of the Cabinet, head of the coordination Committee of Education and Technical & Professional Training, Representatives of Ministries of Defense, Education, Work and Social Affairs in addition to UNESCO representatives, Ambassadors of the European Union, Officials of the Iraqi State, Rectors of Universities, General Directors of Different Ministries and Experts in this field. One of the most important features of the Strategic Project is to provide work opportunities for the Young in an attempt to integrate them in the society and develop their potentials. This Project will assure building a Compact Logistic System for Education and Technical & Professional Training meet the needs of the work Market, providing Management, Educational, Supervision and monitoring Instruments plus to facilitate transferring students of Technical Universities and Colleges to Work Market.
