Kadhimain Holy Shrine started Flags change to black to signify the painful occasion of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain" a.s" in coincidence with the flags change in Imam Ali, Imam Hussain, Imam Abbass Holy Shrines. In the presence of Secretary General Dr. Jamal al Dabbagh, members of the Board, religious and V I Ps of Kadhymia city, the ceremonies started by reciting some of the Holy Quran verses followed by the speech by Dr. Jamal al Dabbagh in which he said:" Let's stand with pride and glory in this sacred place while we witness the change of the Holy Shrine flags to black, as a symbol of grief for the martyrdom of Imam Hussain, the grandson of Prophet Mohammad " peace be over him and his family". So, we stand here again to declare the victory of Blood over the sword, the victory of the oppressed upon the unjust, to declare the defeat of the tyrants and dictators in the face of the power of Imam Hussain and his immortal outcry against the death because to him, death was nothing but happiness and living with tyrants nothing but hardship". Then, the ceremony continued with the rest of the program activities.
